Cultivating a Generous and Prosperous Mindset

The following guest blog post is courtesy of Gwynne Warner, 10,000 Blessings Feng Shui.

"A largeness of generosity brings about bountiful good fortune and an absence of worries."
        HH Grandmaster Lin Yun
Do the following visualization upon waking and right before sleeping while feeling relaxed and happy.

1) Imagine that someone -- perhaps a total stranger or maybe someone you know but least expect -- is giving you a check with a big sum written on it. Maybe it's money owed to you which you had written off. Perhaps it's money that's being offered to you for something or some service. Maybe an unexpected windfall. Whatever it is, it is very welcome, so picture yourself with hands extended receiving the money. Remember to smile and express your gratitude!

The Feng Shui Bagua Mirror

Bagua mirror kits available here

Bagua (pronounced “bah-gwa) mirrors are one of best-known Feng Shui symbols of protection and are often referred to as the “aspirin” of Feng Shui.

A typical bagua mirror has a small circular mirror positioned in the centre of an octagonal shape. This shape is commonly referred to as a bagua, octagon, or Chinese lucky square. The “frame” of a bagua mirror should be made of wood and be about four to six inches across. They are considered to be most effective if they are green and red.
